JHU Libraries, in association with the University of Maryland’s Health Sciences and Human Services Library, is organising a discussion forum titled ‘Impact of Ownership and Access in Scholarly Publishing’. The event will take place on April 6, 2005 at Maryland’s School of Nursing Auditorium. David Lipman, Director of the National Institutes of Health’s National Center for Biotechnology Information will give the keynote talk.
