The International Council for Scientific and Technical Information (ICSTI) will convene in Tokyo, October 20-21, 2014 for its Annual Conference hosted by the Japanese Science and Technology Agency – JST. Renowned experts from Japan and abroad will explore themes such as Open Platforms for Data Sharing, New STI related Technologies/Services, and Analysis and Evaluation based on STI (for Innovation).The Annual Conference will be immediately preceded on October 18-19 by the General Assembly business meetings reserved for members.
