ICSTI’s 2011 Summer Conference will be held on 7-8 June in Beijing. Hosted by ISTIC, the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China, the theme of the meeting will be ’Upgrading Information to Knowledge’. The Conference will be followed immediately by ICSTI’s General Assembly Meeting on 8-9 June.
