The Joint Information Systems Committee (JISC) will hold an international forum to debate existing and possible improvements in the scholarly communication environment. The discussion will take place on June 21-22 in London. The topics of discussion include: The impact of the ‘Big Deal’, Usage-based models, Institutional and other public repositories for research outputs and Emerging models including the open access model.
