This conference, to be held from February 15 – 16, will discuss and provide policy options for scientific publishing under the Seventh Framework Programme (FP7) and in the European Research Area (ERA). Hosted by the European Commission, the conference is targeted at stakeholders concerned with access, dissemination and preservation issues in connection with scientific publication and data.
