The future is nothing without people to live in it. As culture slowly evolves to become more inclusive and socially just, how do we exemplify the social change that we need to see? How do we attract the best talent irrespective of their background and identity and make sure that we treat them with fairness and respect? Building a strategy around dignity in the workplace. The session will include a discussion of the results of a pre-circulated survey on unconscious bias.
