Co-operative Action by Victorian Academic Libraries workshops are on since August 12, 2005 in Melbourne, Brisbane, Sydney and Adelaide. The workshops, conducted by Colin Steele, an emeritus fellow at the Australian National University, seek to spread awareness about the open access scenario in Australia. The topics include best practices in scholarly communication change and open access, advocacy programmes and citation models.
