New research on AD/HD marks the 1000th article published in SAGE Open, an open-access journal launched in 2011 covering the full spectrum of the social and behavioural sciences and the humanities.
Since the launch of SAGE Open in 2011, the journal has received over 5,500 submissions from more than 125 countries, been featured in international news outlets, added more than 375 Editorial Board members from more than 50 countries, and pioneered a sleek new website for its published content. SAGE Open articles have been read/downloaded more than 2.5 million times.
The 1000th article finds that children diagnosed with AD/HD can improve their behaviour and social interactions in the classroom by playing a computer game that exercises their concentration.
