The Association of Research Libraries (ARL) President Carol A. Mandel, Dean of the Division of Libraries, New York University, will convene the 159th ARL Membership Meeting on October 12, in Washington, DC.
The programme theme is 'Expanding Capacity and Partnerships in the Digital World.' The ARL Board of Directors and ARL committees will meet on October 11. The Membership Meeting will adjourn on October 13, 2011.
The Membership Meeting will be immediately followed by the ARL Fall forum, to be held October 13–14. This year's forum will focus on 21st-century collections.
