Allen Press, Inc. has announced a significant upgrade to its association management technology platform through a new long-term SaaS contract with Personify. Beginning later this year, Allen Press will migrate to Personify’s premier cloud-based service, Personify360 v. 7.7.
For over a decade, Allen Press has utilized Personify to provide societies and associations a robust member and subscription technology platform. Through its industry-leading CRM database and eCommerce functionality, Personify captures member information and demographics, donations, membership status, meeting registrations, subscriptions and much more. The new contract with Personify will also enhance the front-end user experience with mobile responsive site design and a more integrated selection of eBusiness tools.
Personify360 v. 7.7 will deliver several new features to Allen Press’ customers, including the utilization of the Personify360 cloud-based data storage service which will allow future database enhancements to be added automatically. Additional features include the ability to automate member and subscriber renewals, streamline the submission and review of awards and enhance member directory database functionality. Allen Press’ meeting management services will also benefit from improved annual meeting websites, reporting and database capabilities.
Allen Press will start the migration process this fall with a goal of completing the upgrade to Personify360 v. 7.7 in early 2020.
