B2B media company Cygnus Business Media has announced the sale of its publication Fabricating & Metalworking to Alliance Communications, Inc., and Industrial Machinery Digest and Total Industrial Plant Solutions advertising deck to Source360 Media LLC. Both companies are led by the longtime publishers of the titles and include print and digital assets.
Alliance Communications, Inc. is led by Tony Morrison. Morrison was involved in the launch of Fabricating & Metalworking more than a decade ago. The publication is considered to be a premiere voice of the metal manufacturing industry.
Publisher William Strickland heads Source360 Media LLC. Strickland has managed the publication for many years. It reaches job shops, machine shops, fabricating shops, machinery dealers and wholesalers, pipe and tube manufacturers, industrial warehouses and distribution centers, and retrofitting & rebuilding machine maintenance.
