Information services provider Atypon Systems, Inc., US, has unveiled RightSuite 4.5, an upgraded version of its identity and access management and commerce solution for publishers. The product is available immediately.
According to Atypon, RightSuite is used by large media conglomerates such as CBS Interactive, The McGraw-Hill Companies, News International and Turner Broadcasting System, to sell and control access to their digital assets. The latest version includes out-of-the-box reports, an ETL platform, a star schema for access and commerce data, and integration with OpenReports, a flexible open source reporting solution.
RightSuite consists of two licensed modules - RightAccess and RightCommerce - which can operate together or individually as server applications or as Software as a Service. Consulting and implementation services are also available. The Multiple Active Data Centers feature is seen to enable RightSuite to be deployed and operated across geographically dispersed data centers, all simultaneously online and active, without the need for any third-party tools.
