Digital preservation specialist Portico has announced that Barataria. Revista Castellano-Manchega will preserve its e-journals with Portico, ensuring that they will be secure and available into the future.
Barataria. Revista Castellano-Manchega de Ciencias Sociales came out for the first time in January 1998. The publisher of the Journal Barataria is "Asociación Castellano-Manchega de Ciencias Sociales," an association based in Toledo-Spain, the "land of Don Quixote." It is a member of the Spanish Federation of Sociology (FES) and from the International Sociological Association (ISA).
The Association's primary objective is innovation of knowledge from theory and empirical analysis in the field of social sciences, especially in Sociology.
