Now freely available, research articles can be viewed within the Biochemical Journal, Biochemical Society Transactions, Biochemical Society Symposia, Bioscience Reports,
Clinical Science and Essays in Biochemistry without a requirement to log on or subscribe.
Enhanced user-friendly features and functionality include, over 60,000 research papers including multimedia adjuncts; Article Usage Metrics; popular article lists for most-viewed and most-cited articles; and search by Author, Collection, Keyword and Journal.
A wholly owned subsidiary of the Biochemical Society, Portland Press Limited is a not-for-profit, innovative publisher of journals, books and electronic resources in the biochemical, cellular and molecular life sciences. The surplus from the sale of publications is returned to the scientific community via the activity of the Biochemical Society.
