BookBrunch and the London Book Fair launch BookBrunch Award for Supply Chain Customer Service -

BookBrunch, an information site and daily news service for the book industry, is joining the London Book Fair to launch the BookBrunch Award for Supply Chain Customer Service.

The Award aims to highlight ways in which supply chain companies have transformed their working methods to benefit their customers. It will go to the company that in the past year (March 2012-March 2013) has identified an area for improvement in its customer service and addressed it in a manner that has most impressively demonstrated customer focus, innovative thinking, excellent execution and measurable results.

All companies exhibiting at the London Book Fair are eligible to make a nomination for the award. Supply chain companies can nominate themselves where appropriate.

Each nomination should include 500 words explaining the business challenge and its resolution, along with an endorsement from one of the company's largest customers including details of how the customer has benefited from the nominee's transformation.
