The Association of Research Libraries (ARL) is inviting member institutions to submit expressions of interest to host events for the ARL Learning + DEI cohort program in 2027–2028. Opportunities include hosting an Intensive Learning Program (ILP) site visit, two Leadership and Career Development Program (LCDP) site visits, one Kaleidoscope Program (KP) site visit, and a Leadership Symposium.
ARL seeks institutions that can provide distinctive and impactful learning experiences for program participants. Institutions will be selected based on diversity in geography, region, type, and size, along with the ability to articulate valuable learning experiences.
Applications will be reviewed by the ARL Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee and the ARL Learning Network Committee. To apply, ARL member institution employees must submit the expression-of-interest form by 11:59 p.m. Hawaii–Aleutian time (UTC–10:00) on March 3, 2025. Applicants will need to describe how their institution will create unique learning opportunities for participants (up to 2,000 characters).
