The 15th GW Ethics in Publishing Conference, co-sponsored by the Society for Scholarly Publishing (SSP), is now accepting proposals for presentations. The event is scheduled to take place on October 9–10, 2025, with the primary day of sessions held in a hybrid format on Thursday, October 9, and a potential second half-day on Friday, October 10. The conference will be hosted at the George Washington University Arlington Education Center in Arlington, Virginia, and online. The deadline for proposal submissions is June 1.

The annual GW Ethics in Publishing Conference serves as a platform for engagement and critical reflection on ethical issues facing the scholarly communication ecosystem. The 2024 edition of the conference, also delivered in hybrid format, featured 22 sessions and welcomed participation from 42 speakers and nearly 600 attendees from the United States, Canada, Mexico, Colombia, and the United Kingdom.
