The Sojourner Truth Library has established a partnership with Cambridge University Press that allows SUNY New Paltz faculty and staff to publish open-access scholarly articles with publication fees fully covered. Under the agreement, authors are not required to pay standard open-access charges.
The agreement includes more than 400 Cambridge University Press journals and applies to articles authored or co-authored by a SUNY New Paltz employee that are accepted for publication in a defined list of core eligible journals.
Eligible article types under the agreement include research articles, review articles, rapid communications, brief reports, and case reports. The arrangement enables participating authors to make their research openly accessible without incurring publication fees.
