Canadian Science Publishing (CSP) has announced a new partnership with seven Australian universities and three New Zealand universities to provide unlimited Read Access and Open Access publishing opportunities across all CSP journals. The agreement, which runs from January 1, 2025, to December 31, 2027, allows corresponding authors from participating institutions to publish without incurring Article Processing Charges (APCs), ensuring greater access and visibility for their research.
Through this partnership, CSP aims to enhance the accessibility and discoverability of research produced at these institutions, providing them with an efficient publishing platform that supports open access publishing across 19 hybrid journals and three Gold Open Access journals.
The agreement will help ensure that high-quality research from Australia and New Zealand can reach a global audience without hindrances by removing the financial barriers typically associated with APCs. CSP's state-of-the-art publishing technology guarantees fast, efficient, and seamless publication processes, allowing researchers to share their findings with the scientific community swiftly and effectively.
