B2B publisher and digital media firm Canon Communications LLC, US, has announced the appointment of Rich Nass as Director of Content for Medical Device Brands.
In his new role, Nass will be responsible for maintaining Canon's commitment to editorial excellence while ensuring that its medical device brands deliver content across multiple channels in a manner that best supports the needs of the global medical OEM community. He is also tasked with finding new opportunities that make use of various content types and elements in the medical media space. Nass joins Canon having previously held the position of Director of Media/Content at EE Times Group, where his key responsibilities included setting the editorial direction for the various properties within EE Times Group.
As Director of Content, Nass will oversee content development for the full Medical Device Brands division which includes; MD&DI, Medical Product Manufacturing News, European Medical Device Technology, Qmed, IVD Technology, OrthoTec, Medical Electronics Design, China Medical Device Manufacturer, and Japan Medical Design & Manufacturing Technology.
