According to the findings, these Communities of Practice (CoP) have played a vital role in facilitating knowledge sharing, fostering professional development, and addressing shared challenges within the research library ecosystem. The report also points to opportunities for improvement, including greater bilingual engagement and refined outreach strategies to support diverse member needs.
