Open access publisher BioMed Central, US, has announced the relaunch of the journal Cell Communication & Signaling as the official journal of the Signal Transduction Society (STS). Edited by Stephan Feller, the journal is supported by an international Editorial Board.
Cell Communication & Signaling encompasses all basic and translational aspects of cellular communications and signaling pathways in normal and pathological conditions. Together with the STS, the journal seeks to provide a forum for the signal transduction research community, publishing the latest research and reviews.
Cell Communication and Signaling encourages reports of studies incorporating molecular, morphological, biochemical, structural and cell biology approaches, as well as interdisciplinary work and innovative in silico, in vitro and in vivo models models that facilitate investigations of cell signaling pathways, networks and cell behaviour. All articles will be listed in PubMed immediately upon acceptance (after peer review), and will be covered by PubMed Central, CAS and Scopus.
