Current Medicine Group (CMG), part of STM publisher Springer Science+Business Media, Germany, has announced the appointment of Donna Hilton as Managing Director for the Philadelphia office.
Hilton brings CMG a wealth of experience in commissioning successful medical titles, in both print and electronic formats, and an in-depth understanding of drug-company promotional education and CME, with industry contacts to match. Earlier, she served Lippincott Williams & Wilkins for 12 years during which she rose to become Vice President and Publisher and also the managing director of a new distance-learning initiative, NursingCenter.com. Since leaving LWW in 2001, she has focused on med comms, working with OCC, International Medical Press and Caudex Medicial/Scientific Frontiers.
