Open access scholarly publisher Co-Action Publishing, Sweden, has announced a new interdisciplinary peer-reviewed journal for the exchange of research on the latest advances in assistive, rehabilitative and therapeutic technologies and applications. Journal of Assistive, Rehabilitative and Therapeutic Technologies uniquely covers a range of topics from technology, design and therapeutic games, to types of disability and rehabilitation, policies, etc.
The journal's target audience includes researchers across an equally broad spectrum, from engineering to medicine, to psychology and political science, etc., in addition to professionals, inventors, developers, practitioners and administrators.
The inaugural publication includes the abstracts of scientific papers and posts presented at the 7th annual International Convention on Rehabilitation Engineering and Assistive Technology (i-CREATe), in Gyeonggi, Korea today. The abstracts from the conference are available through the Journal website, with selected proceedings to be published shortly.
