Non-profit electronic archiving service provider Portico, US, has announced an agreement with Co-Action Publishing, Sweden, to preserve its digital journals collection of three titles. With this inclusion, over 7,700 titles have now been entrusted to the Portico archive.
Through this agreement with Portico, the publisher seeks to ensure that its e-journal collection will be preserved and available for future scholars, researchers, and students. In addition, Co-Action has also named Portico as a mechanism to fill post-cancellation access claims and has also agreed to make an annual financial contribution to Portico.
Founded in 2007, Co-Action Publishing has developed an international list of scholarly Open Access journals and books for a global audience.
