Ex Libris®, a ProQuest company, has announced that the Consorcio Madroño (the Madroño consortium) has chosen the Ex Libris Alma® library services platform and Ex Libris Primo® discovery and delivery solution to enhance collaboration, efficiency, and services for the consortium's members. Alma will replace the SirsiDynix Symphony integrated library system.
The six member universities of the Madroño Consortium, all leading institutions in Madrid, had previously used individual, local, on-premises (non-cloud) deployments of the same integrated library system (ILS) and discovery tool.
