Corland Publishing has announced the launch of its third publication, Green Fuels Forecast. The public online magazine and companion monthly e-newsletter provide breaking news, analysis and original reporting on the global renewable vehicle fuels industry, including developments in E85, cellulosic ethanol, biodiesel and other fuels fortified with biomass. Automotive journalists Scott Anderson and Sam Abuels will oversee editorial development for the publication as editor and technical editor, respectively.
Green Fuels Forecast is claimed to be the first open access, web-based publication to present all sides in the debate over the commercial, technical and agricultural triumphs and challenges presented by renewable fuels. Topics include infrastructure, science, supplier trends, consumer and marketplace acceptance, agricultural/environmental perspectives and the energy industry's effort to bring biofuels to the market. The site includes original content detailing how automakers are developing power trains of the future and profiles of new startups chasing the technology behind clean fuels. It seeks to help consumers understand how renewable fuels will change what and how they drive.
Green Fuels Forecast complements Corland Publishing's existing open access web publications, Diesel Forecast and Hydrogen Forecast. Corland has also announced the addition of a YouTube channel to capture all videos posted on its online magazine websites. In the coming weeks, Green Fuels Forecast will add new features, such as a search engine to find E85 or biodiesel pumps anywhere in the US.
