The Society for Scholarly Publishing has announced Crystal Stone as the new General Manager. Crystal is an accomplished association management professional with more than 12 years of expertise in helping organisations and volunteers reach new levels of success.
The position of General Manager focuses on the day-to-day operations aspect of the SSP and manages the multiple projects and staff that drive the organisations goals forward. Crystal's skill in improving efficiency and staff development are an excellent fit for the needs of the society. Prior to joining Kellen in 2015, Crystal worked in a variety of non-profit settings including foundation management, religious organizations, and stand-alone professional membership associations.
Crystal is a certified Project Manager, attaining her PMP certification from the Project Management Institute in 2010.
