The Biochemical Society and Portland Press Limited have announced the appointment of Dr Colin Bingle (University of Sheffield, UK) as the new Honorary Editor of Biochemical Society Transactions, effective November 1, 2013.
Dr Bingle will be familiar to readers of the Journal and Biochemical Society members not only as a leading researcher in lung epithelial cell biology but also as the current Chair of the Society’s Biological Systems Theme Panel.
Biochemical Society Transactions has been published for over 40 years and captures the exciting science presented at the Biochemical Society Annual Symposium, Focused Meetings and Independent Meetings supported by the Society as a series of mini-reviews.
