Dr. Lindsay Tallon has been named Associate Editor of the Journal of Public Health Management & Practice, bringing extensive expertise in environmental health, climate change, and community-engaged research to the editorial team.
A faculty member at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, Dr. Tallon’s research focuses on air quality, environmental justice, and children’s health, with active projects through the PFAS Project Lab at Northeastern University and involvement in EU climate initiatives such as I-CHANGE and TwinAir. She is also engaged with the American Public Health Association to promote children’s environmental health.
She has contributed to advancing environmental health education and co-edited a textbook centered on climate change and environmental justice. Prior to her academic role, Dr. Tallon held leadership positions at public health institutions in Massachusetts and North Carolina.
In her new role, she will guide editorial strategy and contribute to maintaining the journal’s content standards and author engagement.
