EBSCO Health, the provider of evidence-based clinical resource tools including DynaMed Plus® and Dynamic HealthTM, has announced the appointment of Eileen Yoshida as Deputy Editor, Medication and Clinical Informatics. Yoshida brings more than 25 years of extensive experience in clinical informatics, EHR implementation, healthcare consulting and clinical pharmacy, and is a published author and speaker on clinical decision support.
Most recently, Yoshida was Corporate Manager in Knowledge Management and Clinical Informatics at Partners HealthCare System, and brings a wealth of knowledge from leading teams in clinical information, knowledge management and clinical system implementation. Previously, she served with Capgemini as an EHR implementation strategist, and with the University of Chicago Hospitals in a special projects role.
EBSCO Health maintains a rigorous editorial process that includes subject-specific experts reviewing topics using a proprietary, evidence-based methodology and quality assurance process. As Deputy Editor, Yoshida will work closely with product management teams to further advance Electronic Medical Record (EMR) implementation across EBSCO Health's flagship products.
