GOBI Library Solutions from EBSCO (GOBI Library Solutions), a division of EBSCO Information Services, has expanded its Library Technical Services Team, hiring Wendy Evans as Library Technical Services Specialist. In her new role, Evans will advise and support libraries, as well as manage the implementation and maintenance for GOBI Library Solutions services across the UK and internationally.
Evans is a Chartered Academic Librarian with nearly 20 years of experience working in academic libraries. Most recently, she served as Head of Library and senior manager at Plymouth Marjon University, England, and prior to that served as Librarian at the university and as Customer Services Manager at Eastlake Information. Evans has co-authored and edited seven books on library and information services in the digital age, working closely with librarians and information professionals worldwide.
