EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) is announcing the availability of EBSCOed™ powered by Stacks, a web-based content management system that makes it easy for schools to aggregate and streamline access to their digital resources in an interoperable, personalised experience. Developed in partnership with Publishers’ Warehouse, the central source for textbooks in Alabama, EBSCOed serves as a single, easy-to-use online access point to approved educational resources across the state or within a school district’s community.
With EBSCOed, K-12 schools receive streamlined access to content as approved and determined by the institution, which would include subscription resources, proprietary content, licensed materials, textbooks, approved open access content and professional development materials. EBSCOed enables students, teachers, administrators, staff and parents to access educational content anytime, anywhere from a user-friendly interface. Additional integration options are offered with a school’s course management system, learning management system, Google™ Classroom, chat tools and events management resources, among others.
