EBSCO Information Services (EBSCO) has named Patricia Carroll as Senior Vice President of Human Resources (HR). Carroll brings extensive experience in HR to EBSCO and will be responsible for HR strategy on a global level.
Carroll was most recently the Vice President, Human Resources, at OSRAM Sylvania, Inc., where she was responsible for developing the organisation’s HR strategy and establishing long-term plans to attract, retain and develop employees. Carroll focused on increasing engagement by fostering an innovative employee brand and culture.
Carroll will work out of the company’s international headquarters in Ipswich, and will be responsible for more than 3,000 employees in more than 30 countries. She will work with the company to continue to develop innovative HR solutions to help drive business results.
