EBSCO Information Services, a provider of research and library technology solutions, will host its 2026 EBSCO User Group from May 5–8 in Omaha, Nebraska. The annual event convenes academic librarians from across North America to exchange insights on product use, explore innovations in library services, and engage with EBSCO experts.
The 2026 meeting follows the 2025 edition, which featured user-led sessions, help desks, and workshops on topics including artificial intelligence and platform migration. Building on this format, next year’s event will include expanded sessions on best practices and innovations, a full day focused on EBSCO FOLIO, and opportunities for hands-on learning and peer networking.
The gathering continues to serve as a space for academic librarians to share perspectives that help inform the development of EBSCO’s offerings. The User Group Board of Directors emphasized the value of ongoing dialogue between users and service providers in shaping the future of library technology.
