EBSCO User Group 2026 extends proposal deadline; adds lightning-round Innovation Sessions -

EBSCO Information Services extended the proposal deadline for EBSCO User Group 2026 to December 1, 2025, providing additional time for North American academic library professionals to submit session ideas. The conference runs May 5–8, 2026 in Omaha, Nebraska, featuring three days of peer-to-peer learning, integrated FOLIO tracks, workshops, and networking.

The program now includes Innovation Sessions, a lightning-round format with 10-minute talks and a combined Q&A. Proposal topics may cover configuration and optimization, UX/UI and online presence, user research and journey mapping, collection development, reporting and analytics, library landscape & community, technology & trends, and implementation & migration.
