EDP Sciences has announced the publication of two new journals from June 2019 - Integrative Oncology & Rehabilitation and Integrative Respiratory Medicine. The journals are owned by the International Alliance for Integrative Oncology and Rehabilitation Research based in Nanjing, China. Both journals aim to promote scientific exchanges between China and other parts of the world.
Integrative Oncology & Rehabilitation is an international, peer-reviewed journal that publishes original research articles as well as review articles related to all aspects of oncology rehabilitation. Articles explore psychology and nutrition as well as Chinese traditional medicine therapeutics to reduce complications in cancer patients. The journal also focuses on the Instruments and materials used in the management of oncology.
Integrative Respiratory Medicine is an international, peer reviewed journal that publishes original research articles as well as review articles related to basic research and progress in diagnostic methods for respiratory diseases. It also publishes articles on comprehensive treatments which integrate traditional Chinese and Western medicine. The journal also focuses on the psychology and nutrition of respiratory disease patients.
The journals are both open access and will publish four issues a year. It is intended to apply for indexation at the earliest opportunity.
