Elsevier and ESG partner to publish International Journal of Electrochemical Science -

Elsevier and the ESG, Agency for Publishing and Internet Services, have announced a new partnership to publish the International Journal of Electrochemical Science (IJOES).

IJOES is an open access journal and published papers will immediately and permanently be available for everyone to read, download, copy, and distribute. The journal will be hosted on Elsevier’s leading online platform, ScienceDirect, beginning January 2023.

Given that electrochemistry occupies a significant place in modern science, the main goal of IJOES is to provide validated scientific information which will be useful for readers, institutions and societies interested in this field of research. Developments in electrochemistry are reflected in numerous modern-day research. For instance, findings on new anodic and cathodic materials are used in numerous batteries, and research of materials for varieties of sensors, organic synthesis, electrometallurgy, and in managing the corrosion of materials. Therefore, the mission of IJOES is of great significance for those fields of research.

IJOES started publishing in 2006 as an open access journal. Scientists from more than 4200 institutions and universities from more than 100 countries around the world have chosen to publish their research with the journal. The journal publishes research articles, review articles, and short communications on topics covering the full range of electrochemistry research. ESG is an agency for publishing and internet services and it publishes IJOES; having developed and run the journal from its earliest days.
