Elsevier announces publication of 5th anniversary issue of JACR; strong growth in print circulation and website usage continues -

STM publisher Elsevier, Netherlands, and the American College of Radiology have announced the publication of the fifth anniversary issue of the Journal of the American College of Radiology. The journal was dispatched to more than 29,000 subscribers, including ACR members and other radiologists and radiation oncologists, physicists and nuclear medicine practitioners, radiology business managers, corporations and others involved in the practice of radiology.

In the 5 years since its launch, JACR has seen strong growth in both print circulation and website usage. The journal publishes important and practical articles on clinical practice, practice management, health services research and policy, and education. In 2007, the National Library of Medicine accepted the journal for inclusion in PubMed/Medline. With the latest issue, the journal has begun offering CME credit related to published articles. Online readers will find expanded features and functions available, including options to bookmark and share articles and to customise email alerts of new content.

JACR publishes information on clinical practice, practice management, education, health policy and health services research. It strives to provide the tools radiologists need to solve everyday problems, while also offering powerful food for thought on the larger issues evolving within the specialty.
