Elsevier/MC Strategies announce availability of revised Joint Commission/OSHA compliance course -

E-learning solutions provider Elsevier/MC Strategies, US, has announced the availability of the revised Joint Commission/OSHA compliance course. The online course includes 55 lessons covering topics that promote relevant safety and care standards such as patient and environmental safety, as well as infection control and prevention.

The course also offers 23 lessons that have been translated into Spanish to help organisations provide education to a diverse workforce. The lessons are for all levels of staff working in the hospital, and will help keep everyone informed and up-to-date with requirements. Since the course is customisable, lessons can be adapted so that they reflect each organisation's policies and procedures. As a result, staff will learn to confidently interact with surveyors.

Each lesson in The Joint Commission/OSHA Compliance course is rich in multimedia elements, such as slide shows and flashcards. The course also includes interactive learning exercises such as line matching, drag and drop, and case studies with multiple choice questions to help learners engage with the content while testing their knowledge. The revised course also features new lesson topics that will help staff demonstrate sustained compliance to standards.
