Academic and professional literature publisher Emerald Group Publishing Limited, UK, has announced that pay-per-view access is now available for its eBook Series. Non-subscribers can now select only the specific chapters that they need to consult. Emerald offers two eBook Series Collections - The Business, Management and Economics collection and the Social Sciences Collection.
The Business, Management and Economics collection includes 380 volumes across 65 series titles. It covers subjects such as Strategy, Accounting and Finance, Organizational Studies and Economics. The Social Sciences Collection complements and extends the current Emerald portfolio, with titles in Sociology, Education and Psychology, adding over 180 volumes across 37 series titles.
Emerald publishes over 700 titles, comprising 200 journals, over 300 books and more than 200 book series as well as an extensive range of online products and services. Emerald is both COUNTER and TRANSFER compliant. The organisation is a partner of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and also works with Portico and the LOCKSS initiative for digital archive preservation.
