Emerald to showcase new social sciences books programme at ASA 2016 -

Academic publisher Emerald Group Publishing will be exhibiting at the American Sociological Association (ASA) Annual Meeting, in Seattle from August 20-23 and showcasing the new social sciences books programme.

Emerald is actively commissioning books and series across a range of topics designed to compliment established journals. The new books programme will initially focus on Sociology, Education and Politics and 'grand challenge' topics such as Environment, Health and Urban Studies.

Philippa Grand, who recently joined Emerald as Executive Publisher for Sociology and Criminology following 10 years at Palgrave Macmillan, and Kim Chadwick, Commissioning Editor for Education & Politics, will be representing Emerald at booth 330.
