Library automation solutions provider Ex Libris Group has announced the appointment of Eric Hines as president of Ex Libris North America and a member of the Group’s executive management team.
Hines joins Ex Libris after holding senior management positions for the last ten years at NICE Systems, a leading worldwide provider of intent-based solutions that capture and analyse customer interactions. During his tenure at NICE, Hines acquired some of the company’s largest customer accounts and played a significant role in developing business strategy. In his most recent position, as vice president of a major NICE division, he was responsible for sales, marketing, and business and technology partnerships, and worked hand in hand with the professional services team to deliver the NICE suite of applications.
