Swiss open-access publisher Frontiers has announced that Frontiers in Mechanical Engineering is open for submissions.
Frontiers in Mechanical Engineering welcomes original, theoretical, and applied research in mechanical sciences and engineering, with a scope from the nano- to the macroscale. Submissions are peer-reviewed on Frontiers' unique Interactive Forum, through a collaborative, transparent, fast, and rigorous review that focuses on objective criteria. Articles are published as Open Access under the Creative Commons CC-BY license, freely available to anyone.
Frontiers in Mechanical Engineering is part of Frontiers' open-science platform and research network, awarded the Gold Award for Innovation in Publishing by the Association of Learned and Professional Society Publishers in 2014. As in all Frontiers journals, detailed article-level impact analytics and post-publication review are available on all articles, while the Frontiers Tiering System highlights the studies with the highest impact for a wider audience.
