Swiss open-access publisher and research network, Frontiers has announced the launch of a new journal - Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution. Frontiers in Ecology and Evolution is an addition to the 'Frontiers in' journal series and will cover research in evolutionary biology, ecosystem and systems ecology, macroecology, phylogenetics, and conservation. The journal's logo, the duck-billed platypus, symbolises its scope.
