FSTA- Food Science and Technology Abstracts now available on EBSCOhost -

Scientific publisher IFIS Publishing, UK, has announced that FSTA- Food Science and Technology Abstracts is now available on EBSCOhost. FSTA, a leading database of information on food science, food technology and nutrition, provides a rapid way for food professionals, scientists and researchers to locate relevant information from a wealth of international sources.

FSTA covers all the major food commodities, biotechnology and microbiology, as well as food safety, additives, nutrition, packaging and pet foods. It contains over three quarters of a million records, covering journal articles, patents, reviews, standards, books, reports and conference proceedings. Retrospective coverage is from 1969 to the present. The database is widely used by research centres, food corporations, universities and colleges, government departments and other organisations.

FSTA is fully-indexed with 10,246 keyword terms taken from the FSTA Thesaurus making FSTA a powerful resource that enables researchers to instantly locate specific food-related scientific information.
