Future Science to publish bioenergy journal - Biofuels -

Publisher Future Science, UK, has announced the launch of a new journal – Biofuels. The journal is the first of a new range of environmental science titles published by Future Science. Yusuf Christi of Massey University, New Zealand, and Timothy Donohue from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, US, will serve as Senior Editors. They will be supported by a team of two Associate Editors, together with an Advisory Panel of more than thirty international experts.

Biofuels is a peer-reviewed journal that seeks to provide a forum for all stakeholders in the bioenergy sector. The journal will feature original research, review articles, commentaries, news and much more, with a view to establishing an international forum for biofuel research and communication.

Biofuels research is progressing at an unprecedented rate, with the development of new feedstocks and improvements in production processes providing the key to the transformation of biomass into a global energy resource. Published on a bimonthly basis, Biofuels will report key developments and place these advances in context during this evolution. The launch issue contents can be viewed at http://www.future-science.com/loi/bfs.
