Global Business Information Forum extended at Online Information 2009 -

The Global Business Information Forum at Online Information 2009 has been extended to include a full 3 day programme of presentations. The move is in response to the high demand for places at the inaugural forum launched at the 2008 event. The forum will focus on various topical aspects of business, financial and legal information.

Sponsored by Bureau van Dijk, together with Lexis Nexis and OneSource, the forum has been designed to ensure that senior level delegates are brought up to date with all the latest industry developments. The 2009 seminar programme has been developed in conjunction with an advisory committee of industry experts and practitioners and includes Karen Blakeman Director RBA Information Services; Jill Fenton, Director Fenton Research; Olivia Freeman Independent Consultant; Mark Jewell, Vice President Integreon; and Penny Leach Secretary and Awards Chair SLA Europe.

Places at the forum are free to Online Information visitors and are allocated on a first come first served basis. Online Information and IMS 2009 combine to create the Information Industry's largest event. Consisting of an exhibition attracting over 9,000 visitors from 70 countries, a conference and a show floor seminar programme, the event provides an annual meeting place for the global information industry.
