Global humanitarian and practicing ER physician, Dr. Samuel J. Zidovetski, to keynote NFAIS 2019 Annual Conference -

The National Federation of Advanced Information Services (NFAIS) has announced that researcher, practicing ER physician, co-founder of Save A Brain Foundation, and global health humanitarian, Dr. Samuel J. Zidovetski, will deliver the keynote address at NFAIS' 61st Annual Conference, scheduled for February 13 - 15, 2019, at the Hilton Old Town Alexandria Hotel in Virginia.

Dr. Zidovetski, Instructor of Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai Doctors Faculty Practice, is currently involved in several global health projects for delivering immediate and accurate medical research and clinical resources for impoverished and underserved countries. His work has taken him around the globe-from Syrian refugee camps to poverty-stricken areas of Guatemala-as he strives to enable access to the sum of all human knowledge and the powerful impact that reliable access to medical research and case studies can have for improving clinical outcomes. His transformative work has benefited remote medical facilities, allowing immediate access to the world's medical knowledge.

The NFAIS 2019 Annual Conference theme, 'Creating Strategic Solutions in a Technology-Driven Marketplace,' focuses on the technology innovations, changing market demands, and new opportunities for delivering faster and more dynamic user experiences. NFAIS offers attendees a compelling and interactive forum for discussing strategies for adapting to the changing landscape, examining new disruptive solutions for accessing research and data, and addressing the long-reaching impacts they will have on the society.
