HARRASSOWITZ, a global full‐service subscription agent and bookseller, has announced the appointment of Justin Clarke as Director of Sales and Marketing for North America. In this role, he will be responsible for promoting the broad service lines and library solutions to the North American academic library market through a team of representatives.
With over a decade experience with HARRASSOWITZ as a Regional Sales Manager and most recently its Product Manager, Clarke has developed a holistic understanding of the company's expert subscriptions, approval plans, monographs, standing orders, and music scores service lines. His background in German Language and Literature, professional experience in large university and smaller liberal arts libraries, and long tenure with HARRASSOWITZ makes him well poised to continue the development of strong library partnerships in North America.
Justin will assume responsibility as Director of Sales and Marketing North America beginning January 1, 2017.
